Fee Structure
Mediation is flexible and informal. It is quicker, less expensive, less stressful and less time-consuming than court-based procedures.
Ken, talks with the potential clients in order to determine whether transformative mediation will meet their needs. This initial half hour consultation is free and can be carried out on the telephone by way of a conference call.
Thereafter a 'per hour' fee (min $150.00 per hour) will be determined on an individual basis. A mediation can typically be brought to resolution in one day or spread into hourly sessions. Four to five hours would be typical but time can vary depending on the needs of the parties.
There is an initial charge of $125.00 to cover administration costs payable at the end of the first session.
All fees are due at the end of each session and are normally split equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
